Spirit of Daytona built the GTO for racing and competition in the Grand-Am Cup Series, Grand Sports Class. This will be the first GTO to ever compete in the Grand-Am Cup Series. The GTO is powered by a GM LS1 engine and many stock parts have been upgraded for more advanced components. The GTO once stood for full on, heart pulsing intense speed and power. Spirit of Daytona makes that idea come alive again with the introduction of the SOD GS Grand-Am Cup car.
