DOUG GOAD

Fast Facts: Goad finished his second full season in the Grand American Rolex Series and is looking forward to an exciting 2006 schedule. He will be competing in the Rolex Series and he will also pilot the Spirit of Daytona GTO in the Grand-Am Cup Series.

Career Highlights:

2005- Two top-ten finishes in Rolex Series.

2004- In his initial season of Daytona Prototype competition with Spirit of Daytona Racing and teammate Stephan Gregoire, Goad captured 4 top 10 finishes. Goad finished the 2004 season 15th in the Daytona Prototype driver point standings.

2003- Competed in the Grand Am Cup series driving a Chevrolet Corvette in GS I, with 9 top 5 finishes and 4th in the GSI driver point standings.

2002- Captured a class victory in the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona in the AGT class and competed in the Grand Am Cup series GSI class, with 4 victories and 2nd in the GSI driver point standings.

2001- Competed in the Grand Am AGT class with 7 class victories and 1st in the driver point standings and Grand Am Cup SGS class with 6 victories and 1st in the driver point standings.

Early career - First pro race came in 1986 during the Sebring 6-hours with his father Tom Goad as his co-driver. Goad has amassed 52 professional race victories on 22 different tracks.

Personal: Goad is successful entrepreneur who founded and operates an automotive company in Michigan that provides technological and engineering support to major automobile manufactures. In addition to his business interest, Goad enjoys hunting boating, skiing and photography.


LARRY OBERTO

Birthdate: February 13, 1962

Fast Facts: Oberto has won three championships, with back to back Sportscar championships in the US (Grand Am SRPII) and Europe (FIA SRPII).

Career Highlights: 2003: Drove the Lola B2K-10 in 12 Hours of Sebring and competed in the 1,000 Kilometer Spa for Taurus Sport. Drove the Lola B2K-40 in the 24 Hours of Daytona with Archangel 2002: Drove the Lola B2K-40 in select races with Sportscar Racing Team Sweden in FIA Sports Car Championship, one podium finish with Archangel in LMPII, also competed in 24 Hours of Daytona with the Lola B2K-10 2001: Won the FIA Sportscar Champion with the Lola B2K-40 driving for Sportscar Racing Team Sweden with Thed Bjork, and four 1st place finishes in FIA Series, two races in Grand Am with Archangel and two podium finishes with Archangel in Grand Am, competed in 24 Hours of Daytona in SRPII, 2000: five 1st place finishes in SRPII while driving for Archangel, Grand Am co-Champion in SRPII with Ryan Hampton.

Early career: Competed in Formula 2000 Series and B-Class Formula Ford 2000 in 1999. In 1998 was USF 2000 B Class Champion, in 1997 2nd in Northwest SCCA Formula Continental.

Personal: When Oberto is not racing he enjoys spending time with his wife and child. He also likes to snow ski, water ski and travel. In his spare time he enjoys listening to music on a classic two channel sound system.


MIKE WEINBERG

Birthdate: November 16, 1941

Fast Facts: Mike has been racing for over 20 years, most his victories have been in Performance Firebirds and Corvettes.

Career Highlights:

2005- Competed in eight races in the Rolex Series GS class in a GTO.

2004- Competed in seven races in Grand-Am Cup with the Cadillac CTS.

2003- Competed in ten races in GS1 with six top-10 finishes and two pole finishes. 2002-Finished 8th overall in the points in Grand-Am Cup

Early career: Starting out racing Midgets, and has competed in Dragsters, Funny Cars, Stock Cars, and Formula Cars.

Personal: Mike owns Rockland Standard Gear Inc. which keeps him busy. In his spare time Mike enjoys golf and fishing. He also spends time in his vacation home in Stuart, Florida.


BRYAN COLLYER

Birthdate: September 16, 1962
Birthplace: Fairfax, CA
Residence: Ormond Beach, FL

Fast Facts: Won the SCCA Central Florida Regional in American Sedan in 2005.

Career Highlights:

2005: Nine wins and two 2nd place finishes in SCCA American Sedan. Captured SCCA American Sedan Championship for Central Florida Region. Holds track record at Daytona for American Sedan. Had one Grand-Am Cup race and qualified 10th.

2001: First race in SCCA in ITGT Class, finished 1st at race in Daytona. Early Career: Collyer has raced over cars like, the Spec Ford Racer Ford and Spec Miata, but prefers American Iron.

Personal: Bryan is married and has an eight year old daughter. In his free time he enjoys water skiing, boating and camping with his family.
