个人简介 Personal Profile

王萌鸽，女，1993年7月出生，汉族。医学博士，特聘副教授，博士生导师。基础医学院人类遗传与法医基因组课题组PI，主要从事法医基因组学和群体演化基因组学研究。以第一/通讯作者在Molecular Biology and Evolution、Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics、Science China Life Sciences、Journal of Genetics and Genomics、Forensic Science International: Genetics、BMC Biology等期刊发表SCI论文40余篇。主持国家自然科学基金等多项国家级和省部级科研项目。担任Phenomics、Journal of Systematics and Evolution、BMC Genomics、Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution等多个SCI期刊编委或青年编委。荣获2022年“公安部科学技术二等奖”和第二届“粤港澳大湾区博士博士后创新创业大赛”银奖。

（1）依托“中国万人基因组多样性计划”的法医基因组学精准鉴识与中国人群基因组多样性研究

（2）依托“炎黄队列”基因组资源的Y染色体基因组结构演化与法医基因组学转化研究

（3）线粒体基因组群体遗传学与医学应用研究

（4）整合古今人群基因组数据的宿主-病原体共进化与免疫反应差异的演化机制
