个人简介 Personal Profile

张跃豹，男，1988年06月出生，汉族，河南濮阳人，研究生学历，博士，特聘教授，博士生导师。主要聚焦于用于mRNA高效精准地送的新型脂质纳米颗粒（LNP）的开发以及新型mRNA-LNP药物的研究。取得了一系列原创成果，相关研究以第一（含共同）作者发表在Nature Nanotechnology、Chemical Reviews、Angewandte Chemie International Edition，Nature Communications，Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America，Advanced Materials，Nano Letters，Advanced Science等国际权威杂志上。

在接下来的研究中将在以下几个方面开展工作：

（1） 用于mRNA精准递送的新型可离子化脂质库的构建；

（2）用于mRNA靶向递送的LNP的高通量筛选；

（3） mRNA-LNP药物的研究。
