个人简介 Personal Profile

殷雷，男，1980年8月出生，汉族，湖北咸宁人，研究生学历，博士，教授；牛博平台附属儿童医院国家临床研究中心博士生导师。

殷雷教授聚焦于抗原识别微环境与基因编辑生物医药挖掘研究，取得了一系列原创成果，近5年以通讯作者在《Nature communication》（2篇）、《Science Advances》、《Genome Biology》、《PNAS》、《EClinicalMedicine》、《PLOS Biology》（2篇）、《Molecular Therapy》等专业top杂志上发表系列研究成果。研究工作3篇配发特邀评论文章重点介绍，一篇入选杂志封面并入选ESI高被引论文。共承担国家重点研发计划课题及子课题2项，国家自然科学基金5项，担任武汉生物物理学会理事长，国家重点研发计划二审专家等。开发出多个自主产权的低脱靶Cas12a基因编辑酶、免疫增强新方案和小分子候选药物，共授权发明专利5项，转化1项。
